Clones 115, 777 and Swan. 100% de-stemmed, open-top fermentation, native yeast, aged in French oak barrels, 50% new. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. · Moderately light garnet color in the glass. Bright aromas of cherry, raspberry, woodland spice and sawdust. Bombastic cherry and raspberry flavors with polished tannins and supportive oak.
