Aged 17 months in French oak barrels, 30% new, 10% second, 60% neutral. · Moderate garnet color in the glass. Highly appealing aromas of blueberry-pomegranate, black cherry, spice, fertile topsoil and roasted coffee beans. Delicious core of black cherry, blackberry and pomegranate fruits are accented with spice and tobacco oak. Impressive harmony and grace with reigned-in tannins. The finish is exceptionally long.
