2007 Domaine Fourrier Les Champeaux 1er Cru Gevrey-Chambertin
Very charming. The nose starts off fruity, later becoming more nuanced with notes of chocolate, toast and oak. Pleasing elegance with balanced tannins. Very tasty with unbelievable persistence. At a little less than $100 a bottle, this is a great Burg to buy and enjoy now. Reviewed April 8, 2010
