2010 Et Fille Heredity Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 13.1% alc., 176 cases, $34. A reserve blend from four Willamette Valley vineyards. Aged 10 months in 25% new French oak. · Moderate reddishpurple color in the glass. Aromas of black raspberries, black cherries, strawberries and oak. Soft and smooth and moderately rich, with shy fruit expression, offering a citrus-peel and oak imbued finish. Tasted 30 minutes later, the oak had become more integrated and the fruit had moved more to the forefront. Needs decanting or time. Good (+). Reviewed September 12, 2012
