2010 Cabot Vineyards Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 14.4% alc., 240 cases, $32. A blend of fruit from Nash Mill and Valley Foothills Day Ranch vineyards. A mix of Dijon 115 and 667. Aged 11 months in a combination of 75% once used and 25% new Hungarian oak barrels. · Moderately dark reddish-purple color in the glass. Aromas of cherries, cooked fruit and roasted nuts. Very ripe and sweet flavor profile featuring cherries, black currants, plums and raisins in a middleweight style supported by soft tannins and good acidity.
