14.7% alc., pH 3.63, TA 0.59, 499 cases, $72. Equal parts 115 and 667. 5-day cold soak, aged 16 months in 80% new French oak barrels · Moderately dark reddish purple hue in the glass. A striking wine with bright aromas of Bing cherry, teal leaves, cola and spice. The luscious cherry core is mouth filling and lasts and lasts on the generous finish. Silky in texture, with modest tannins and complimentary oak in the background. Score: 91. Reviewed May 15, 2014
