Story	First commercial vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton District planted in 1974 to Pommard, Wadenswill and assorted Coury clones. 100-acre hilltop outside Yamhill. An original experimental block still grows adjacent the vineyard site.

2010 Patricia Green Cellars Wahle Vineyard Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

13.0% alc., $42. · Moderate reddish-purple color in the glass. Oak-driven aromas of mocha java and biscuit. Middleweight flavors of oakkissed dark red fruits with a strong coffee note.
