Maison Aymeric
Hospices de Nuits is charitable foundation established in 1692 in Nuit-Saint-Georges in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits district. This is a much smaller version of the more prominent and neighboring Hospices de Beaune. Hospices de Nuits has been endowed with about 22 acres and holds an auction each spring, 2 weeks prior to Easter. Although the Hospices de Nuits auction doesn't elicit the same attention as that of the Hospices de Beaune, it does sell off some very good wines.
