Wooing Tree Vineyard
A family owned single vineyard site in the heart of Central Otago, New Zealand. The name comes from a prominent local landmark revered as a venue for courting couples, and now proudly stands in the middle of the vineyard. Pinot Noir specialist that has won many awards and has been featured in the media. A popular place for marriage proposals and weddings. The 40-acre vineyard was planted mainly to Pinot Noir in 2002 in the town of Cromwell. The first vintage was 2005. The wines, which include a Blanc de Noir and Rosé are crafted by Carol Bunn at the nearby Vinpro facility in Cromwell. Unfortunately there is no exportation to the United States at present.
