Founded in 2007 by winemaker Mark Ray and two long-time friends, Shane MacNicholas and Dean Felber, with the goal of producing handcrafted Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noirs, Chardonnay and Zinfandel. Ray had been an assistant winemaker with Ehren Jordan at Turley and Bob Cabral at Williams Selyem.
The majority of the small production is sold through a mailing list.
