Martin Foradori is the esteemed winemaker who crafts his estate wines from one of seven vineyard estates totaling 120 acres that lie on either side of the Adige river, often in steep, arduous terrain with altitudes ranging from 820 to 2,500 feet. The Alto Adige wine region is located on the sunny side of the Alps in Italy's northern-most winegrowing region. The first Pinot Noir produced at Hotstätter estate was 1958.
