Carrick is located in Bannockburn, Central Otago, New Zealand. The estate vineyard is located on a plateau overlooking a bend in the Clutha River. Owned by Steve and Barbara Green, the winery's restaurant is one of the finest in the region. I can attest to that because I visited and ate lunch out on the lawn in front of the restaurant with a magnificent landscape in the distance. A must visit if you are in Central Otago.
