Jean-Marc Bouley
The Domaine has been in the family for three generations and now consists of about 30 acres in Volnay, Pommard and Beaune. The winery is located underneath the family house on a narrow street in Volnay. Jean-Marc took over the Domaine in 1985 and significantly expanded the holdings. The wines attained international acclaim. Today, wines are made from eleven different appellations. Thomas Bouley joined his father in 2002 and stints in the United States and New Zealand. The Bouleys aim for maximum extraction of color, flavor and aromas to yield lushly-fruited wines that are balanced and complex.
