Single vineyard Pinot Noir from premier vineyards by owner and manager, Tina Duff Taylor, a former reporter at the Wall Street Journal. The term "Fourth Estate" refers to the press. It is a catch-all phrase that describes the press as a fourth branch of government.
For the 2009 vintage, a Pinot Noir from La Cruz Vineyard (Sonoma Coast) and Bacigalupi Vineyard (Russian River Valley) are offered.
The wines are sold through the winery's online store. 10% of Fourth Estate's profits are dedicated to worthy journalistic causes.
