ZMOR

Daniel Moore's ZMOORE winery was the New World benchmark for high-end barrel-fermented Gewürztraminer. Moore was the original winemaker for Martinelli Vineyards and created an exceptional Gewürztraminer for the Martinelli family label as well. Then, in 1995, while the winemaker at Lynmar Winery, he put ZMOORE on hold. In 2005, ZMOR was launched to pick up where the label had left off. Today, Moore has over 28 vintages of experience in the Russian River Valley.

Grapes are sourced from vineyards west of the Laguna de Santa Rosa between Sebastopol and Forestville in the cooler parts of the Russian River Valley. The wines (1000 cases) are produced at the Laguna Oaks facility in Sebastopol which is owned by John Balletto of Balletto Vineyards.
