Frisby Cellars
After fourteen years of traveling to wine regions throughout California, Josh and his spouse decided to pursue their desire to own a winery and produce wine. Frisby Cellars was formed in 2008, with an office in Orange County, California, where the couple reside, and its wine production facility, The Crush, in Paso Robles. Josh, a firefighter and paramedic, is the winemaker in consultation with the winemaking staff of The Crush. Current varietals include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. |
