In 2000, the Hallgrens acquired a 17-acre parcel on the eastern slopes of Keuka Lake.
A tasting room opened in 2003, decorated in Provencal style. The wines have won numerous medals in wine competitions and much acclaim from wine critics. A large number of red and white varietals including sparkling wines and a Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir Rosé.
