Ravines Wine Cellars

A boutique winery in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York owned by Morten Hallgren, a European trained winemaker, and his spouse, Lisa, a chef. He arrived in New York as a winemaker for Dr. Kostantin Frank's Vinifera Wine Cellars on Keuka Lake where he worked for six years. In 2000, the Hallgrens acquired a 17-acre parcel on the eastern slopes of Keuka Lake.

A tasting room opened in 2003, decorated in Provencal style. The wines have won numerous medals in wine competitions and much acclaim from wine critics. A large number of red and white varietals including sparkling wines and a Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir Rosé.

Lisa creates a schedule of food and wine pairing events.
