Steve Schafer started this winery in 2005 as a fulfillment of a personal passion. His family has grown primarily wine and raisin grapes along with almonds for over 30 years in Madera, CA. They farm 12 grape varieties including Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah and Grenache.

Joey and Diane Sagaribella became partners in 2010.

Labels include Moody Press Cellars, Green Eyes Wines (which includes a California Pinot Noir), and True Temptation
