Founded by Prairie Creek Beverages, this winery produces wines from California's Central Coast and Russian River Valley.

The wines are offered in two tiers: "Limited Edition" series are appellation-designated Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir ($12.99-$15.99), and the lower tier "Bookbinder" series that is inexpensive ($9.99).
