Medlock Ames

A producer in Alexander Valley started in 1998 by friends Chris James and Ames Morison. Vineyards are farmed organically. 55 of 338 acres are farmed with the rest in a natural state.

The lineup includes Chardonnay, Reserve Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Red Bordeaux blend.

Less than an acre of the Bell Mountain Ranch is planted to Pinot Noir Clone 777, on the Russian River Valley side of the Ranch. The Pinot Noir from this site is named Moss Oak.
