The Alesia wines are produced by Rhys Vineyards in the Santa Cruz Mountains from purchased fruit. Founded in 2001, the Rhys estate vineyards are just coming into production and all seven vineyards will be bottled with the 2006 vintage. 43 acres owned. 866-511-1520. The wines are sold through a mailing list. Owner Kevin Harvey has committed a large amount of money and resources to this ambitious project and early peaks at the estate wines have been impressive.
