14.5% alc., pH 3.50, TA 0.57, 99 cases, $40. Clones 115, 667 and 777. Aged 12 months in 33% new French oak barrels. · Moderately dark reddish-purple color in the glass. Ripe black cherry aromas and flavors in a discreetly rich style, underlain with oak and herbs. Veers to the very ripe fruit side. Firm, ripe tannins with a satiny mouth feel. Still solid the following day from a previously opened and re-corked bottle. Good. Reviewed June 24, 2012
