Unfined and unfiltered. · Moderately dark reddish-purple color in the glass. Aromas of tea leaf, brandy-infused cherries, rose petals and marzipan. Rich core of deep red cherry and black raspberry fruits with a hint of cassis, spice and nuttiness running through. The tannins are firm, the acidity is bright, and the finish is remarkable intense and lengthy. Hold. Score: 90. Reviewed September 5, 2013
