13.1% alc., $59. From a 6.16- acre vineyard planted to Rhys selection, Swan, 115 and Pommard. · Moderate reddish purple color in the glass. The nose is quite inviting, with aromas of black cherry, exotic spices, anise and sarsaparilla. Bright, juicy and very approachable, with flavors of cherry, raspberry, cola, and oakdriven toast and spice. Very elegant and charming, with mild tannins and a silky texture. Finishes easy, but a little short. Score: 90. Reviewed January 23, 2015
