2012 Goldeneye Estate Grown Split Rail Vineyard Anderson Valley Pinot Noir

14.5% alc., pH 3.86, TA 0.50, 360 cases, $82. This vineyard is made up of 16 distinctive blocks and 9 clones. Harvest Brix 25.0ยบ. · Medium reddish purple color in the glass. Very ripe fruited on the nose and palate, with a plethora of black raspberry, black currant and blackberry fruits. Intense on the attack and on the bold finish, with modest tannins. A bit ripe for my taste, but well composed, easy to drink, and quite enjoyable. Score: 91. Reviewed July 12, 2015
