Vineyard is 35 acres planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the 1980s, located between Kistler and Dehlinger on Vine Hill Road in Sebastopol. 98% Swan selection 2% 115. Aged 14 months in 100% French oak barrels, 62.5% new and 37.5% neutral. · Moderate reddish purple color in the glass. The nose leads with aromas of herb garden and oak accents. Mid weight plus flavors of black cherry, blueberry and boysenberry exhibit good attack and mid palate presence with some finishing intensity. Easy to drink, with suave tannins and inviting harmony.
