2012 Lynmar Estate Monastery Vineyard Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

14.4% alc., $70. SF. This vineyard is located in the Sebastopol Hills at the border of the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast. Clones 667 and 115. Aged 15 months in French oak barrels. · Moderately dark reddish purple color in the glass. Scents of black cherry, bark and spice lead to a full-bodied wine with a muscular backbone and more grip.
