Founded in 2008, this custom crush facility in Santa Cruz next door to Bonny Doon, allowing wine lovers to produce Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot or Syrah one barrel at a time. The winery also bottles wines under the Vino Tabi label including Pinot Noirs from Lester Family Vineyard and Regan Vineyard, both in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Vino Tabi means "wine journey" in Japanese.
