A small producer of single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Syrah from cool regions of the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast. The winery is a collaboration between Chris Von Holt, who had a successful former Secret Service career, and Pamela Miller. The winemaker is John Fones, an assistant to veteran winemaker Ed Kurtzman who advises on the Von Holt label as well.
Pinot Noir is sourced from the Suacci Vineyard and the Ketcham Estate Vineyard. In 2009 the two releases included a Suacci Vineyard single-vineyard Pinot Noir and a Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
