An event and wedding venue since 1982. The property has a historic stone mansion and lush grounds.
The tasting room is located on the first floor of the private mansion estate and is open weekends. Elliston wines are cellared and bottle aged longer than most California wines (cellared a minimum of two years and bottle aged for at least one year for red wines). The current Central Coast Pinot Noir offering is from the 2000 vintage.
