Restaurant owner William Tigertt and sommelier Josh Nadel took their love for Pacific Northwest Pinot Noir and crafted a Maresh Vineyard Pinot Noir in 2009, a Hyland Vineyard Pinot Noir in 2010 and a Nevermore Pinot Noir blend from three Willamette Valley vineyards.
The wines are sold through a mailing list and the winery's website store.
