Estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from an 100-acre farm located on a windblown hilltop in the western Santa Ynez Valley. The vineyard, 5 acres of Pinot Noir and 1 acre of Chardonnay planted in 2007, is 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean.
The Cebada Vineyard has 4 Pinot Noir clones: Wädenswil, 115, Calera, and Pommard 4.
Owner Sandra Newman has a Bachelor and MSc in Plant Science and is an accomplished viticulturist.
The wines are sold through the website.
