A collaboration of husband and wife, Ryan and Megan Glaab, producing a portfolio of various varietals including Carneros Pinot Noir since 2007. Most wines are made from Italian varieties simply because of the great diversity and unique character of the wines of that culture. The wines come from vineyards farmed sustainably or organically and are vinified with no cultured yeast, no temperature control, no enzymes or other additives and are not fined or filtered. The wines are raised in used French oak barrels. Many of the reds are fermented on the stems and many of whites are fermented on the skins.
