Winemakers and blues recording artists Tess and Patrik Barr have been making music and wine together since the 1980s. They started out as a "secret winery" open only by appointment making wine to share with family and friends. After many awards and a new tasting room opened, Hood Crest Winery is now a showcase for Columbia Gorge and Columbia Valley varietals.

Family owned and operated, Hood Crest Winery is located at the foot of Mt. Hood in Hood River, Oregon. The winery focuses on big red varietals, but also make Columbia Gorge Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

A tasting room is Open Wednesday through Sunday.
