This winery was founded on Election Day in 2016 by Meg Murray with hopes of celebrating the first female president. The website notes, "Fueled by the emotion of the election and a deep desire to have more women at the table, Meg decided it was time to get nasty." The project was executed by crowdsourced talents of women and men who champion the Nasty Woman.
20% of net profits are donated to programs that promote progress toward women's equal participation in policy and leadership.
