Proprietors Scott and Viquel Hawley of Torrin Vineyard specialize in Rhone varietals. The first release of 200 cases came with the 2006 vintage and the winery has slowly grown to 1,100 cases. A companion brand, Lagom, meaning "just the right amount," was launched in 2014 and focuses on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from cool climate vineyards in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.

The wines are sold through a mailing list and website store.
