Chock Rock Vineyard
Established by Dan Karlsen, the Chock Rock Vineyard is 7 acres located high in the Santa Lucia Mountains of Mounterey County. Chock Rock is named for the soil series in the area. The vineyard was first planted entirely to Pinot Noir in 2003. The first Pinot Noir crop was harvested in 2007. Production is 500 cases of estate Pinot Noir annually.
