Domenico Carinalli Jr. and his spouse, Lynda, have farmed a vineyard planted to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir since 1996 in the Russian River Valley. The first wines released under the D&L Carinalli label were from the 2003 vintage.

Tasting and tours by appointment (707-795-7052). The wines are sold through a mailing list with limited retail distribution.

13.6% alc., $16. Domenico Jr. and spouse Linda nurture the vineyard. Aged in French and American oak barrels. · Light garnet color. A simple, clean and delicate wine showing mainly strawberry aromas and flavors. Soft in the mouth and easy to drink. A good value wine to pair with simply prepared salmon or chicken.
