Olivier Guyot
The Guyot family is one of the oldest in Marsannay and quality has increased noticeably since Olivier Guyot began running the domaine in 1990. The estate controls 37.5 acres of wines in Marsannay and Gevrey-Chambertain and well as small holdings in grands crus Clos-St-Denis and Clos de la Roche in Morey-St-Denis. Organic and biodynamic viticulture has been practiced since 1998.
