This family-run winery was started in 1995 with the arrival in Oregon's Dundee Hills of John and Nancy McClintock of Arizona. The first crush was in 2000 from the initial planting of 1.5 acres of Pinot Gris. Additional Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir were later planted at the estate vineyard which now consists of 42 acres (34 acres of Pinot Noir, 8 acres of Pinot Gris). The vineyard is LIVE certified and Salmon Safe.

The winery's focus is on small production of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris crafted by guest winemakers from the Willamette Valley, including Laurent Montalieu. Dave Patterson is the General Manager and on-site winemaker.

A dramatic Treehouse Tasting Room looks out over the Willamette Valley and is open daily from 12:00 to 5:00. The address is 6475 Hilltop Lane, Dayton, OR. 503-864-3200. 10% of profits from wine sales go to The Clint Foundation, established in the 1990s to provide financial support for students pursing higher education.
