A family winery that was located in St. Helena, Napa Valley. Founded in 1998 by Rich and Carol Martucci and Julie and Kosta Arger. The winery produced warm weather red varieties from estate vineyards in the Atlas Peak District as well as a Pinot Noir from Carneros. The winemaker was Kosta Arger.

The winery closed in 2013.
