The Paring wines are made from the younger vines that are not included in the Jonata label and are priced significantly less than the Jonata wines ($20-$25). The Paring Pinot Noir is sourced from well known vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills and Santa Maria Valley. Matt Dees is the winemaker for both.
