Maybach Family Vineyards

Wilhelm Maybach invented the high-speed internal combustion engine and designed and built the first Mercedes cars. Karl Mayback developed the first high-speed diesel engine. In 2002, Daimler AG revitalized the Maybach brand in recognition of the father and son who together played such a monumental role in defining German engineering. The Maybach wines intend to honor the Maybach name.

The winemaker is Thomas Brown who has worked with Maybach since 2003. He crafts a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (Eterium) and a Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (Irmgard).

The wines are sold through an allocated mailing list. Production is very limited.
