Argus

Chris Dearden lived in Napa Valley for 30 years helping many wineries, cooperages and vineyards get their start before he decided to apply his talents to develop several wine brands including Argus. Dearden pursued single vineyard wines for Shibumi Knoll, V Madrone and Benessere in St. Helena and Chaticleer in Yountville. His Cabernets, Chardonnays and Italian varietals have garnered critical acclaim since 1995.

A Carneros Pinot Noir is produced under the Sleeping Giant and Argus labels.
