Isabelle Dutartre and Veronique Drouhin met because of a shared love of horses. they met at their horse riding club in Beaune, France. Caballus is the Latin word for horse. Each a mother of three, the winery is the story of their friendship in a bottle. A single Pinot Noir is produced from grapes in the Dundee Hills and Eola-Amity Hills AVAs.
