This winery is a collaboration between two French houses led by vignerons Etienne de Montille (Burgundy) and Rodolphe Peters (Champagne) and Santa Barbara's Justin Willett, owner and winemaker at Tyler Winery. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Sta Rita Hills vineyards are produced in Lompoc.

The wines are allocated through a mailing list with a once a year offering.
