Brycen Hill runs the vineyard operations for Paul Hobbs and in 2020 started his own label in appreciation of all that has formed and enhanced his life. The Keltom Roots name is portmanteau of Brycen's parent's names: Kelly and Tom (pronounced kel-tum).

The label features an illustration of an organism in field-guide-style that matches the characteristics and qualities of the vineyard and variety.

Brycen's focus is making small-lot, single-vineyard wines that match the beauty of the natural world, with balance and purity.

The inaugural bottling of Pinot Noir is sourced from Jim Pratt's Morchella Vineyard in the Russian River Valley.
