Fermented equal parts in concrete eggs, stainless steel and French oak barrels. Partial MLF up to 75%. Aged in French oak barrels, 30% new. · Moderate golden yellow color in the glass. Plenty of California sunshine in this ripe fruited wine, offering aromas and flavors of grilled pineapple, lemon curd and butter toffee. Slightly viscous in the mouth, with a pineapple-fueled finish that has a welcome cut of acidity. Score: 89. Reviewed October 26, 2019
