Aromas and flavors of black cherry, black raspberry and pie spices are encased in muscular tannins that create an astringent finish. A full mouthful of engaging fruit that is somewhat negated by daunting fruit tannins. This wine will undoubtedly benefit from further time in the cellar. Score: 89. Reviewed June 5, 2015
