2003 Lafon Volnay Santenots-du-Mileu

Grapes were sunburned in this very hot vintage. Acidification was necessary but the wine still displays a high tannin/low acid imbalance. · A noticeably riper fruit profile with a generous tannic and acid backbone. Reviewed September 15, 2008
